In 2022 we launched our Before We Meet Questionnaire & Landscape Style Quiz.

These short format surveys gather crictical infromation about our clients while also conveying their desires to our designers.

The Before we Meet Questionnaire was designed to take around 8 mintues to complete and gathers all the necessary data for an inital apointment ahead of time. Allowing the in-person meeeting to get right to the heart of the matter. It asked basic questions such as, “Do you have a site survey or plat of the property?” & “What are the primary areas of the property we are hoping to look?” Asking these important, but repetative questions, in an easy-to-access survey allowed the designers to devote more time to building a connection with their clients and understanding their needs in greater depth.

The Landscape Style Quiz was a secondary survey used for design clients to gain a better understating of their style asthetics and hopes for their property. This survey took around 10 minutes to fill out and featured images side by side to allow customers to select their preferences and aid the deisgners in deteriming an overall style of design that would best suit individual customers wishes.
